I purchase a set of tires from the Chesterfield, MI location on 23 mile near I-94. With the purchase of these tires came there free tire rotation service. What a joke! Every time I go in I always get put on the back burner. Another customer (female) came in after me with her 2 kids and was in and out before I was, and I got here when the store opened!!!! The only reason I get the tires rotated by them is for the warranty purposeses! So what do I have to do?! Drag my kid with me for better service?? This goes on every time I come in this place! It sucks! They get your money and then its ***! 1288bb6

Try scheduling an appointment online or by phone prior to visiting the store. As a busy mom, I find this works very well for me. Of course if the store is packed - I do have a short wait.
