On 1/8/19, I purchased new tires. As soon as work was done, I drove out onto a busy street and realized I had no brakes!

I went back in to find brake fluid all over the stall. They must have known when they pulled my car back into their lot. Also, a lug nut was missing.

They claim no responsibility by saying the brake lines were corroded. Fact is, the brake lines snapped whist putting it on the hoist in their stall, and let me drive off, knowing I had no brakes.

Product or Service Mentioned: Discount Tire Tire Installation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Mangers do not know how to manage.

Update: Discount Tire refunded me $200. due to this problem, so they did finally accept some resposibiliy.

I probably will not shop there again, however, because this did take a lot of time and effort. Yes, my brake lines were not good, but they snapped there, and my main issue was letting me drive off with no brakes.
