I purchased tires at the Cedar Hill, Texas store on November 24, 2017. There was a $100 rebate offer for purchasing a set of four (4) best rated tires.

In addition, there was a $60 rebate for using a Discount Tire credit card. I applied online and after a month was told that the prepaid cards were mailed. Even though my current address was correct on the store invoice, they eventually told me they had mailed them to my old address.

I have called several times and keep getting the run-around. Last call claimed they have updated my address and the cards were mailed three days ago.

Product or Service Mentioned: Discount Tire Rebate.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Rebate scam.
