Today.I had an appointment for new tires.

Arrived early, as they requested. The first worker took care of the details. 30 minutes later they had not taken my car in. They say it takes 45 minutes to put the tires on.

Well, I had to be out at 10:30 for work. They assured me, even said it would probably be at 10:15. Well, at 9:50 there was no sign they were going to take my car. Rather than them rush and screw up, I chose to reschedule.

Not happy about blocking out my morning to be in such a chemically toxic environment. (rubber) And now I have to do it again next week.

We will see if they can honor the next appointment.Disappointed and considering a new source for new tires.
