I arrive at 11:15 AM. They let me know my truck is ready at 1:50 PM and told me I have to pay for a new warranty.
They replace the tire without consulting me. They told me, my existing tire had a hole on the side, so after paying the $15.00 dollars for the new road hazard insurance, I'd asked the attendant to showed me the "old" tire because it was kin of suspicious because I just recently bought the tire (this year) I did told him he could fix it instead of replace it.
It seems to me like he was just trying to make a sale by taking advantage. You can easily see on the picture it was a fairly new tire and could it be serviced differently by just "patching" or plugging it.
