Discount Tire - Vehicle Damaged Northwest Hwy Dallas TX
I took my SUV in to have the tires rotated and balanced and left with a repair bill. They broke one of the lugs on my wheel and refused to fix it.
During the same repair, they crack cover to my $2000.00 rims I brought from them. Tough luck for me, the rims where discontinued. No compensation for that either. I have three cars and all have tires and wheels from discount tire, but they could care less.
I guess they have enough business and can afford to lose one customer.

The discount tire here in Brownsville also broke a wheel stud on my son's car. They played it off, until i complained about it; come to find out that they do "only tires" and nothing else.
Spoke with VP of region (Austin, TX) and said they make their money on the volume of sales.
Caring or keeping customers is not their #1 concern/priority; neither is having safe cars on the road (allowing cars to drive off the store with broken wheel studs).Making money is their only concern.
